we stayed at tawny owl hotel for one night n it was pretty spacious, especially the family room. there was also loads of tea and coffee stuff plus biscuits in the room, which was cool. the beds were comfy, like my wife and i slept like logs. the parking was easy as they had it sorted for residents, no hassle there. i liked that we didn’t have to deal with stairs too much, just one flight n there was a lift for disabled peeps.

the only thing was the hangers in the wardrobe, like seriously only 3, which was kinda silly. also, the en-suite coulda been better, not bad but just okay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We walked around a beautiful lake and enjoyed some mountain biking nearby. The room was comfy and clean. Staff were friendly, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend trying the roast dinner. it was exceptional!
